Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures using E-File and structured gel techniques (training available if needed)

• Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, care, and attention to guest comfort

• Maintain a pristine, sanitized, and organized workstation in accordance with Georgia State Board requirements

• Continuously improve your skills and stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge

• Prepare each service thoughtfully to ensure a consistent, elevated guest experience

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Nail Technician or Cosmetology License (Required)

• Prior experience with E-File or Russian Manicure techniques (Preferred, not required—training available)

• At least 6 months of salon/spa experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate

• Weekend availability (Required)

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from consultation to finish, ensuring each client feels valued and pampered

• Maintain expert-level sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with Georgia State Board requirements

• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products to ensure services remain innovative and in demand

• Collaborate with the Mazères Beauté team to promote a cohesive, luxury brand experience

• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through professionalism, artistry, and relationship building

• Recommend professional home care products to support clients’ results and extend service longevity

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Cosmetology License (Required)

• 2+ years of salon experience preferred (high-end salon experience a plus)

• Advanced skills in balayage, lived-in color, blonding, and precision cutting techniques

• Excellent communication and consultation skills

• Professional, polished, and reliable work ethic
