Membership Overview

At Mazeres Beauté, we offer three flexible membership tiers to fit your lifestyle and beauty needs: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

You can view current pricing and sign up through our booking engine at www.mazeresbeaute.com.

Your selected membership fee will be automatically charged monthly using your preferred payment method. A minimum 3-month commitment is required. After this period, you may cancel your membership at any time with one month’s advance notice.

Membership Cancellation

Memberships may only be cancelled after the initial 3-month commitment period has been completed.

To cancel, simply log in to your client portal and submit your cancellation request through the portal.

If a cancellation is submitted mid-month, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to enjoy all membership benefits until that time.

Payment Policy

Mazères Beauté Social Wellness will attempt to process the monthly membership fee up to three (3) times using the credit card on file. If more than three (3) attempts are unsuccessful, Mazères Beauté reserves the right to revoke the membership. In such cases, the member will be ineligible to re-enroll in any membership for a period of six (6) months.

Mazères Beauté also reserves the right to pursue additional methods to collect any outstanding balance on the account. Members with a past due balance will not be permitted to book or attend appointments until the account is brought current.

Membership Freeze

You may freeze your membership once per year for up to one month, with a minimum of 30 days' advance notice. Freezes are only available after the initial 3-month commitment period has been completed.

Membership Usage

Please note that our membership is a monthly service model, not a package or credit system. This means that all services included in your membership must be used during the billing month. Any unused services do not carry over to future months.

Membership Authorization

Due to credit card authorization regulations, we are currently unable to permit charges to your credit card by any individual other than the authorized cardholder.
